Access to, use of and the sale and purchase of products from this website, are governed by the Terms and Conditions, as detailed on this page. Your use of this website confers your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Privacy and Security We take customers' privacy and security very seriously and only use their names, addresses and payment details for the purpose of completing transactions. We do not, under any circumstances, provide customer details to third parties for marketing purposes.
Our secure payment system is powered by Sage Pay, which ensures that customers' card and personal details are encrypted before they are sent across the internet. This means that unauthorised parties cannot see them and also means that we are unable to see or store any customer card details.
3. Pricing All prices
are given in pounds sterling and are inclusive
of VAT, but exclusive of delivery and
packaging costs, unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery We deliver to mainland England, Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) and Wales. We can deliver to other areas including Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, but must be contacted beforehand to obtain relevant delivery charges.
We try to dispatch orders the next working day after they have been received, but cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred if we take longer to dispatch your order or if there is a delay in the delivery of your order. Please note that all references to dispatch and delivery times refer to working days Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays and national holidays.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and are given as an indication only. We do not accept any liability whatsoever, for any loss incurred as a result of delayed delivery, whether caused by our negligence or not.
Delivery occurs at the point when the items ordered have been left at the address specified by you (either with or without a signature). We cannot accept any claims if the items ordered are damaged beyond this point.
No liability can be accepted if nobody is available at the delivery address to accept delivery. In such cases, the order may have to be returned to us, but we will be unable to refund the delivery cost you have paid and will only be able to re-send the order to you again, if you pay a second set of delivery costs.
5. Refunds and Exchanges and Substitutions
5.1 Substitution : in the unlikely event that we run out of an item, we will substitute it for something very similar. However, we will usually contact you by phone or email, to discuss the options.
5.2 Part Refunds : if you have over-ordered, we are happy to provide a full refund on any unwanted/surplus party goods, up to 30 days after placing your order. Simply return any such items to us via the post office and upon receipt, we will provide you with your refund. Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer. Please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from the post office.
Returned items must reach us in their original, unopened packaging and be in their original condition, for a refund to be provided. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to items whilst in transit to us, or which occurs due to any other circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Full Refunds/Exchanges : if you want a refund or exchange of your entire order, we are happy to provide this.
Simply return all of the party goods to us via the post office within 30 days of placing your order and upon receipt, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange (less original delivery costs). Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer. Please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from the post office.

6. Damaged Goods
If any part of your order is delivered to you in a damaged state, please notify us, preferably by email, within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Then return the damaged items to us via the post office and on receipt, we will gladly provide you with a refund or an exchange. We will also cover all reasonable postage costs incurred.
If we are not notified of any damage within the 24 hour period stated above, it will be deemed that your order has been delivered to you in a good and satisfactory state. After the expiration of this 24 hour period, no refund or exchange can be offered based on a claim for damaged goods.
7. General Liability
We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or any other consequential, special or indirect losses, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation, whether caused by our negligence or not, in connection to the products offered for sale on this website or their use or the manner in which we have delivered our services. We are not liable to pay you any compensation other than a refund equal to the price of the products that you have paid for.
8. Validity
If any part or parts of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, they will be considered severable from these terms and conditions. However, this will not prevent the remainder of these terms and conditions from being enforceable or effective
9. About You
You promise that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase products on this website.   You promise that all of the information you have provided is accurate and true. You authorise us to perform validation checks and authorisation with the card issuer.
10. Intellectual Property
All of the website design, logos, graphics, text, and the arrangement and selection thereof, are the sole property of Party Lily. All rights are reserved. Permission is given to print hardcopies of sections of this website, for the sole purpose of placing an order. It is strictly prohibited to print out sections of this website for any other purpose, or to modify, distribute or republish any part of it, without the prior written permission of Party Lily.
11. Governing Law
Your use of this website and any purchase made by you on this website of any products, or the use by any third party of any of the products supplied by us through this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom. The Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and deal with any proceedings brought in relation to the above.
12. Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse any order or transaction, for whatever reason and without giving notice, whether or not monies have been paid.
13. Discounts and Pricing
We retain the right to change our pricing and any discounts offered, at any time and without giving notice.
14. Change of Terms & Conditions We retain the right to change our terms and conditions at any time and without giving notice. The terms and conditions which apply to any given transaction, are those which appear at the time the order is placed on the website.
